About these terms

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by MAIDINUK (Company No. 17308927). By accepting a fixed quotation you agree to these terms and to our Booking, Cancellation and Valuables & Damage policies.

Our services

• We provide deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning and maintenance cleaning in London and surrounding areas. What is included in each service is set out on the relevant service page and your fixed quotation.
• Anything not listed is excluded unless agreed in writing.

Prices and payment

• Instant estimates are a guide only. The price you pay is the fixed quotation we confirm in writing.
• Payment is due as set out on your invoice. Your booking is confirmed when payment is received.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, photos or videos about the property.
• Provide safe access, running water, electricity and lighting.
• Secure valuables and tell us about fragile or delicate items before the clean.

Our liability

We are fully insured. Our liability for loss or damage is set out in our Valuables & Damage Policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
