Privacy Policy

Who we are

MAIDINUK (Company No. 17308927) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at hello.maidinuk@gmail.com or 07568 731406.

What we collect

• Details you give us through our instant estimate, contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, email address, mobile number, postcode and address, property details, access and parking information, and any photos or videos you send.
• Booking and payment records, and photos or videos we take for quality-control purposes.

Why we use it

• To prepare your estimate and fixed quotation, arrange and carry out your clean, take payment and provide customer service — necessary for a contract with you.
• To keep business and accounting records — a legal obligation.
• To follow up on an enquiry you have not completed, and to offer related services such as maintenance cleaning — our legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To send you marketing messages only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share your details only with the cleaners carrying out your job and with service providers who help us run the business (for example website hosting, form handling, messaging and payment providers). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Customer and accounting records are kept for 6 years. Quality-control photos are deleted after 6 months unless they relate to a claim.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email hello.maidinuk@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

• We use cookies that are needed for the website to work.
• With your consent, we also use Google Ads cookies to measure which adverts lead to enquiries (for example a call, a WhatsApp message or an estimate request). You can accept or decline these when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
