Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or rescheduling

• We understand plans change, especially around moving dates. Please give us as much notice as possible.
• More than 48 hours' notice: free cancellation or rescheduling, with a full refund of any payment made.
• Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: 50% of the booking value is charged.
• Less than 24 hours' notice, or no access on the day: 100% of the booking value is charged.

How to cancel

Cancel or reschedule by WhatsApp or phone on 07568 731406, or by email to hello.maidinuk@gmail.com. Notice is taken from the time we receive your message.

If we need to reschedule

In rare cases (for example illness or severe weather) we may need to move your booking. We will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available slot or a full refund of any payment made.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days.
